Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE ORDERS

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for full price items within 14 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. 

All sales are final on pre-sale and sale items. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale merchandise. No further price adjustments will be made on sale merchandise.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. R. Derwin Clothiers does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to R. Derwin Clothiers.

If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store policies apply. For in-store purchases we will accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
